The E60 has a maintenance-free magnetic brake. Resistance levels are determined by the magnetic attraction force applied to the flywheel of the exercise bike. This attraction force is set in motion by a servo motor. This means that you don't have to apply extra force yourself to change resistance. Nor do you have to stop cycling if you want to switch to a different resistance level in the meantime. Instead, a turn of the monitor's button is sufficient. The servo motor takes over.

The Bluetooth AI monitor always displays all training parameters: time, distance, calories, speed, resistance level you are training at, heart rate, RPM, training profile and wattage. The heart rate zones are displayed in colour, so you can quickly see which zone you are in. You can tilt the monitor by hand in any desired position; the values always remain clearly legible. The monitor has a tablet holder, so you can watch a movie or series while working out, or train with apps such as Tunturi Routes. Even when the tablet is in the holder, the four most important parameters always remain visible.

The E60 can be paired using Bluetooth with various visual apps, such as Zwift and Tunturi Routes. This gives you even more of a challenge during your workout. With Tunturi Routes you always have access to 15 free video routes, and the paid version gives you access to, for example, online lessons, challenges and competitions. If you connect the iConsole+ app to the E60, AI will create a personal training program for you based on your training results. This way, you always train within your own limits and with personal training goals.

The E60's Multigrip+ handlebar is infinitely adjustable. This means you can adjust the handlebars down to the millimeter and always be in the most comfortable training position, from recreational (high) to sporty (medium) and race (low). The heart rate sensors are pleasantly close, giving you more opportunities to hold the sensors in the most comfortable position for you, no matter what position the handlebars or seat are in. The non-slip coating ensures that your hands never slip off the handlebars.

A workout on an exercise bike is done (mostly) in a seated position. Then it's important that you have a good seat. Because whether you cycle for ten minutes or an hour, seat pain is always lurking. With the Comfort+ seat you always have the right sitting position thanks to the extra large and wide seat surface. Moreover, the seat is filled with a gel that absorbs the movement of training. The Comfort+ seat is adjustable in height and length so you can easily adjust it to the optimal training position.

With the Comfort+ balance pedals, your feet don't have to "search" for the right position. The pedals always hang straight thanks to the weights under the pedals, ensuring a quick and pleasant kick-off so you can start exercising once you are seated on the seat. The Comfort+ balance pedals have a non-slip lining. The adjustable foot straps resemble the click system of ski boots, giving you multiple adjustment options. Simply tighten the strap to lock it in the right position, and you can start working out right away.

Thanks to the E60's low step-in, you don't have to lift your leg over the seat or frame to get on. Thanks to the wide space between the handlebar post and the flywheel housing, you easily get on and off the trainer, lifting your foot only a few centimeters off the ground. This also makes the E60 perfectly suitable for rehabilitation or people with mobility issues.

The 26 programs include 12 pre-programd training profiles, 4 heart rate-controlled programs, a program by time, a program by distance and one by calories. In addition, the E60 has a wattage program, BMI and fat percentage measurement, 4 personal programs and a manual mode. Also, the E60 offers a recovery program with fitness test, which tracks how fast your heart rate drops after your workout. Based on the score, you know how good your fitness level is.
