Did you encounter a malfunction? Is a part defective, broken, missing or do you want to purchase new parts? Please use our service platform.

When you report a problem, we require some additional information: serial number, date of purchase and optional attachments like a scan or photo of your purchase receipt, the defective product or part, et cetera.
