Warranty & delivery

These warranty terms apply to products purchased in the Benelux and Germany. If you live outside this region, different conditions may apply. Please contact your reseller for details. They will handle your warranty claim according to the terms agreed in your purchase contract.

This warranty is valid only for the first owner of the product. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase, so be sure to keep your proof of purchase in a safe place — you will need it for any claim.

The warranty only applies to normal use, as described in the product manual. This manual is also available on our website. In addition, the product must still be in the possession of the original buyer, and the claim must be made within the valid warranty period.
