  1. Which Personal Data is processed, for which purposes, what is the legal basis for the processing and with whom do we share it, if applicable?

In the context of our services, Tunturi New Fitness BV records various (Personal) Data. Which data this concerns depends on how you use our Website and/or services. You can use our services in the following ways:

  1. You only visit our Website;
  2. You contact us about service questions or to order a part via the service form;
  3. You contact us about other questions.

Below we describe, for each type of use, which data we process, on what basis we process the data and with which other parties we may share the data. We never share your data with parties other than those mentioned below without your consent. We will also not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

In addition to the situations described below in which we share Personal Data, Personal Data that Tunturi New Fitness BV collects through use of the Website may be shared in the event of:

  • A business transfer: in the event of a sale, merger, reorganisation or dissolution of Tunturi New Fitness BV or a similar situation relating to Tunturi New Fitness BV, Personal Data may form part of the assets to be transferred;
  • Legal obligations: if this is required by law or if Tunturi New Fitness BV may reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the website or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability, Personal Data may be disclosed or shared.
  1. You only visit our Website

Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)

If you consent to this via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads from Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, and the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). This allows us to measure how our Website is used, improve our Website and campaigns, and better tailor our advertising to our target audiences.

Which (Personal) Data do we collect:

  • Data about your use of the Website: pages viewed, clicks, purchases and forms, device and browser data, your approximate location and an online identifier (cookie ID);
  • Google signals: if you are signed in to a Google account and have ads personalisation turned on there, Google may link your visit to that account. We then receive aggregated insights, such as age range, gender and interests, and can measure your visits across multiple devices;
  • User-provided data: for example, your email address or phone number when you place an order or sign up. This data is encrypted (hashed) before it is sent to Google. Google uses it to measure conversions more accurately and to match advertising;
  • Data via the Meta pixel: which pages you view and which actions you take (such as a purchase), together with an online identifier (cookie ID). Meta uses this data to measure conversions and to show and measure our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

For what purpose:

  • We use the data to analyse how our Website is used;
  • We use the data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to make our advertising more relevant.

On what basis:

  • The processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the cookie rules of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
  • If you do not give consent, we do not place analytics or advertising cookies and we do not use your data for ads personalisation. Our Website does pass your choice on to Google (Google Consent Mode). Google may then receive limited signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, the time and your consent status. These signals are not linked to you personally or to a cookie ID. Google uses them to estimate, with statistical models, the traffic and conversions of visitors who have not given consent. The Meta pixel is not loaded without your consent.

We share the (Personal) Data with:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. Data may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition, standard contractual clauses apply where necessary.

How long we keep the data:

  • We keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months.

Changing or withdrawing your consent: you can change your choice at any time via our cookie settings. You can also manage ads personalisation with Google yourself at adssettings.google.com. More information about how Google uses data is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Read here about our Cookie Policy.
