The MX55 dumbbells offer 10 weight settings from 4.5 to 24.9 kg. With the Rapid Change Dumbbell System, you select the desired weight with one simple turn of the metal selector dial. The patented locking system keeps the weight plates securely in place, so the dumbbell feels compact and stable during every exercise.

Grip, balance and the feel of a fixed dumbbell
The MX55 is designed to feel like a fixed dumbbell. It only becomes longer when you select more weight, so you never train with an awkward, partially empty dumbbell. Adjustable weight bench for flat, incline and decline training
The MX Select weight bench has 6 backrest positions: -5°, 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 85°. The seat adjusts to 2 positions: 0° and 20°. This makes it easy to switch between lying, inclined and seated exercises. The strong steel construction, wide base plate and comfortable upholstery provide stability and support during strength training.

Neat storage with the MX Dumbbell Stand
The included MX Dumbbell Stand stores the dumbbells at a comfortable working height. This makes changing weight easier and keeps your training space organised. The stand has a strong steel frame and gives your dumbbells the clean appearance of a professional gym without taking up much floor space.
