iConsole+ is the application that helps you keep track of your progress. You connect the app on your phone or tablet to the treadmill via Bluetooth. In addition, using the USB connection you can charge them while exercising. Do you prefer to watch a movie or training video? You can do that via the app. Measure your heart rate with the sensors at the front and also follow all other important parameters: time, distance, speed, incline and calories burned. For measuring your heart rate you can also purchase a chest strap, if you prefer.
