With the V40, you can easily tailor every training to your own level. Thanks to 99 speeds and 10 different programs you can effortlessly choose a relaxed session or an intensive vibration training. The oscillating vibrations activate multiple muscles at the same time, so that you even make your muscles work during static positions.
