Thanks to the link pieces you can adjust the hula hoop exactly to your preferred size. You simply click the pieces into place, which gives the hula hoop a circumference of 44 to 106 centimeters / 17.3 to 41.7 inch (14-24 link pieces). By putting it firmly around your waist you can keep exercising without losing your 'flow', as the hoop can never fall off your hips onto the floor. Each link piece also has a nub that massages your abdomen and waist. This helps to improve the blood circulation, so that bodily waste is removed faster.
