2. MALFUNCTION, DEFECTIVE OR NEW PARTS?

Did you encounter a malfunction? Is a part defective, broken, missing or do you want to purchase new parts? Please use our service platform.

 

Temporary closure of the spare parts warehouse

Van From 22 June to 17 July, we will be moving our spare parts warehouse back to our main warehouse on Purmerweg in Almere. By centralising our warehouses, we can organise our warehouse processes more efficiently and further improve our service in the future.

During this period, we will temporarily be unable to ship spare parts. As a result, requests that require spare parts may take longer than usual to process. Our service team will, of course, remain available for questions and support.

Thank you for your understanding. After the move, we will work to clear any backlog as quickly as possible.

 




     

Note: we will first ask you to create a user account. This way, we can process your problem reports and purchasing orders for new parts as fast and safe as possible. When you report a problem, we require some additional information: serial number, date of purchase and optional attachments like a scan or photo of your purchase receipt, the defective product or part, et cetera.
