Calculate the correct height
Do you want to know at what height a boxing bag should hang? It should extend ten centimeters above your head, so add 10 centimeters to the height of the tallest person using the punching bag. Now you know at what length you have to adjust the chain of the punching bag and thus you can attach it to the ceiling. It is best to attach the ceiling bracket to a stone or concrete ceiling. Choose the right fasteners for every surface. Bolts, screws and plugs are not included.
