To prevent you from reaching all the way to monitor to adjust your speed or incline angle, the T90 treadmill has quick buttons on the arm supports. On the left arm support you can easily adjust the incline angle and on the right arm support the speed by pressing either '+' or '-'.

With Tunturi Routes, you can choose from 50,000+ videos recorded all over the world and run the same routes. Run through the Grand Canyon today, and run tomorrow through Paris. It's all up to you. The incline angle automatically adjusts to the elevation changes in the video.

This Tunturi trainer is compatible with Zwift. This means that the speed of the video adapts to the pace at which you train. The parameters of your training are also shared in real time with Zwift, so you get a good overview of your progress.
