Training the arm and chest muscles with the Tunturi Expander.

The Tunturi Steel Expander can be used for training the arm and chest muscles. The expander has 5 steel springs that offer resistance of up to 10 to 50 kg. This resistance can be set by attaching more or less springs in between the grips. Each spring represents about 10 kg. This enables you to increase the weight by 10 kg each.

The expanders are used to train the arm and chest muscles. The firm red grips make sure that the expander can be hold comfortably during a workout.
