Working out on a crosstrainer is both highly efficient and fun. Choose between a front driven or rear driven crosstrainer, depending on your wishes. Some like the flatter stride of the front driven crosstrainer, comparable with sports as cross country skiing. Other prefer the longer, more intensive movements of the rear driven cross trainer. Both bring you a relaxed training.
